Yes, you heard it right! We offer FREE shipping via First Class USPS(for orders <2lbs) within the United States. Any other shipping you choice is not free that is UPS or Fedex fast track shipping. (Please be aware that once you pay for fast track shipping, the form of payment goes to UPS or Fedex, MagniPros is not responsible for tracking, shipping or refunds once the item is shipped using that shipment method.)
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from the MagniPros website is 12 month from the date of purchase.
What if I need it sooner?
No problem! We have expedited shipping options available at checkout but we do not recommend fast track UPS or Fedex because there will be delays from UPS or Fedex since MagniPros has no control over shipping, refunds, or tracking if this shipping method is chosen.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Once shipped, your order may arrive anywhere between 3 to 5 business days (Depends of weather, carrier, or Holidays) depending on the shipping speed chosen during checkout and the shipping location for the order. We do our best to process orders as quickly as we can, but unfortunately cannot control the time the carrier takes once the order is released to them.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
