Yes, you heard it right. We offer FREE shipping via First Class USPS (for orders <2lbs) or UPS ground (orders >2lbs) and returns on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from the MagniPros website is 12 month from the date of purchase.
What if I need it sooner?
No problem! We have expedited shipping options available at checkout page, you will be able to select your shipping time and carriers before checkout.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Once shipped, your order may arrive anywhere between 3 to 8 business days, depending on the shipping speed chosen during checkout and the shipping location for the order. We do our best to process orders as quickly as we can, but unfortunately cannot control the time the carrier takes once the order is released to them.
